2021 Bond Planning in the HUUSD
All information on this page is from the 2021 proposed bond plan.
The $59,545,312 request would go to:
- Make overdue repairs at Harwood and bring the build to current construction codes;
- Improve energy efficiency and replace old infrastructure at Harwood;
- Renovate the high school space to better meet the needs of today’s learners; and
- Put a small addition on CBMS to accommodate all 7th/8th graders on the campus.
There has not been a major school infrastructure project for either of these schools in over 25 years, and most of the high school relies on equipment and construction that is over 50 years old.
